1.38 dealers in 1.36 promods map

short question

is it technically possible to port 1.38 dealers on 1.36 promods map?
i mean..from the idea its just like as those garage prefab mods, right?

First question that comes in to mind is why?

well, why...because ets2 1.36 with promods 2.45 is current the better running package. dont get me wrong current ats 1.38 runs fine with openable windows and all that stuff...

but ets2 doesnt. and not to forget that many modders quit or go into retirement or mod for themself.thanks to the behavior of the users.
so in current status it runs smooth ,it runs great. i have everything available i want to use and my wheels are round too...doesnt matter if i am two updates behind lol...
on the road since day one so not so important for me if i can hang out my head out of the window on the european roads like a dog lol....

so , back to my question lol...

Short answer. No.

No-one will port that feature to an older version, even if it was possible. Why would they? For those few users? A modder is better of making a mod for the most recent version, then older ones.

I am curious to know what issues ETS2 1.38 gives you? I can only speak for myself but i have no problems with either game on 1.38 and i love the options that i do not use , so that is why, if you wanna share, I am wondering what issues you have with ETS2 1.38

@puppyspirit its simple...and yeah all drivers are updated ...higher cpu/gpu work with this ssao on /off ...tryed lower/higher scaling or whatever settings you can change - still the same on a vanilla ets2 . And ats 1.38 works without problems with all that stuff activated.
guess i7 9th gen and rtx 2070 should do the job..but seems it wont. on ets2 1.36 everything maxed - map and mods ...little harder to work but not that level it gets on 1.38
and same as you...not neccessary to activate every new "inovation"

thx for humoring me by telling the problem.
I have ryzen 1700x with a gtx 1070, scaling 400% with highest ssao and everything else maxed out as well, so i have no idea why it gives you issues, cause i really have better performance then before.
If i had any suggestion i would give it, but you come across like someone who knows what to try etc, so I am not even gonna try to think of something that you can try.

Shame cause as you said your system should be able to run it, specially compared to my specs.
Hope that maybe 1.39 will improve it for you.

I don't know if it is possible, but if it were, I wouldn't say it is out of the question. There are always users who prefer to stay on older versions, either because they don't like the implementation of new features (FMOD was quite a divisive one, for example) or because their favourite mods haven't updated. And it is always possible that among those users there could be someone with both the modding skills and interest in creating such a mod for themselves and fellow stay-behinders. I have some pretty outdated version of Minecraft and a mod that brings a bunch of features from newer versions
