When you are using other map mods besides ProMods Europe and ProMods Middle-East. You need Zoom Crash Fix and a compatible background map: ProMods High Quality Map Background or ProMods Complete Afroeurasia Background Map.
The 2 mods should be put at the top of the load order.
And the load order for these 2 mods should be like this:
