I just installed the latest RusMap (2.45) and the attached road connector for ProMods 2.62, but also in this version, Belarus has Central European (Summer) Timezone (CE(S)T) instead of Moscow Timezone (MSK). Is there a fix for this?

Be sure to have the RusMap defs BELOW ProMods - then ProMods' country defs will be used, defining MSK for Belarus (+180).
So the RusMap models, assets and defs must be below PM, only RusMap map + connector on top. See load order linked in my previous post.
EDIT: You are right, the RusMap connector overrides the correct PM country defs.
You can fix that yourself:
1. Go to your Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod folder.
2. There, create a folder named "My RusMap Country def fix"
3. Go into the newly created folder, and create new folders "def\country\"
4. Paste these lines into a text editor (Notepad++ recommended, use UTF-8 encoding to preserve cyrillic characters)

Of course you can adjust the fuel price, Sergey061 uses 0.55 EUR, but 94 cents seems more up to date.

Thank you, torfmeister, for your very detailed explanation how to fix this. I knew for sure that it wasn't my load order, as I always keep the load order intact when I update my mods, I replace them one by one, every single mod.
