It is IMPOSSIBLE to have 8 GHz on a old laptop. Even on an high-end nitrogen cooled PC. To see your PC Specs right click "My PC" -> "Properties(?)" You should able to see sometihng like this:

I have 4 cores and the each one of them are 2.80 or something like that

No, it is not like that. It is like 4 cores, 2.80GHz etc.

It doesn't mean every core has 2.8 ghz. It is prosessor speed NOT cor speed.

I can confirm this bug after long time and have reported this in internal bugtracking system with the case #32650.

Anyway remember add more details about where this is in future bug reports and I agree better report bugs on better graphics.
