Which order in the Mod Manager of ETS2 of ProMods with Middle East

I downloaded Promods 2.52 and Middle East. In which order do I have to sort the files in the Mods Manager of ETS2?

The loading order of ProMods doesn't matter, but the loading order in combination with the Middle East is described in the included readme.txt
