Isn't it just me or this picture reminds you of Sines?
A mix of both these places:

I think you are right, the pic really seems to be this place. And SCS start to put their first Portugal images with Lisbon, so why not Sines ?

I honestly didn't thought Sines was coming, because of the scale and because it's a small city (14 238 hab). But I'm very happy because I love that city and it has a very nice port, probably the 2nd most important here in Portugal, only after Porto de Lisboa (which was also on that SCS blog post).

Glad to see Portugal finally being officially included in a devlog. I remember seeing a lot of Portuguese players being worried that Iberia would contain only Spain, hopefully this eases their fears!
Now the question is whether Portugal will have a decent amount of cities, or just a scant few :P

@SimplyTadpole I’m wishing for 8, in comparison to other DLC’s and their population/size. Currently we have Lisbon and Sines on the pictures, I’m hoping for the others to be Porto, Viseu, Leiria, Castelo Branco, Évora and Faro.
@Shiva that one could also be, I just chose the other because that one has 4 exits instead of the three shown in the pic

I think Setubal is too near Lisbon, it will be hard to fit it.
