Israel/Lebanon border : it will indeed remain closed. It would be completely unrealistic to open it.

It will remain closed in the main mod, but I and 3xtremor have made a mod which opens it! viewtopic.php?f=42&t=30151

Ok. If you decide to create this area, i can help you. I know this route very well. I'm from Adana, grew up in Ankara and now living in Istanbul
I can't help to making map, but I can give you some information about this route (for ex. important places, junctions, geographical structure)
Keep in your mind

Very unoptimised in DX11. Jerking and staggering quite evident when driving into this area. Like going back to DX9. Smooth as silk in all other areas in DX11. Also spotted jumping trailers in various trailer parks in this map. Also ai does`nt seem to obey traffic rules and just drives into you at junctions etc. Will be great once these issues are seen to.

I was hoping to try this map for the first time, with an oversize delivery to Tyre.
I tried both ferries to Beirut or Tripoli, but in both cases the trailer clashes with the rear of the ship and I'm stuck.
Also attempted the ferry to Israel, this one works but as the border is closed there's no point.
I don't fancy abandoning the delivery as it was all the way from Honningsvag in the north of Norway but I guess I'll have to, unless someone knows of a clever work around?
