Those aren't the right coordinates, and please try not to put them in your title. You can find out correct coordinates here (How to report a bug). This is a strange problem indeed.

The coordinats are alright, its from this place, looking right over the river.

And i make a pic with F11 in this moment, i was taking the first pic

you've to click report to get Coordinates into your bugs.txt file (in your ETS2 folder) And then copy them there.
/edit I get to the same place, but there no ship:

Maybe an other Mod caused the problem

EDIT: I was there with a new profile, only ProMods 2.26, no other Mods, -noworkshop.
Waiting at this place with warp 20 , 2 minutes later the ship is arriving again! Error is not from any other mod.

I confirm this in ProMods v2.26. I found this ship a while ago (back in v2.10 I think) but I did not report it because:

1. You typically have to wait a long time to see the ship come into view
2. The area was under construction / in dispute in WIP

This ship comes from the Świnoujście port area.

First time i had not to wait for it. The ship was here while driving.
For the second and third visit i had to wait a little bit.
