Your own template...
You need a mod_yourname folder in ETS2 installation folder (not in Documents).
Then you launch map editor and choose Sign. Press "E" for new sign and then Add new template.
Then you have to choose Project, Template name and so on.
At the bottom, you'll see a Sign model choice. That allows you to choose whatever sign model you want, even Polish one for Israel if needed. Choose something and hit OK.
Now you're in Sign Editor. You can add Text, Frames and Images; modify them; remove and so on. When you're done, save it.
After clicking Save, you'll get a new window. Here you can choose Source. Change Base to mod_yourname, then it'll save in your new folder. That will prevent incompatibilites.
Now close map editor, go to ETS2 folder -> mod your_name and pack "def" folder (create .scs archive).
Put it into mod folder and it should work now
I hope it's clear as I can't really explain it better unless you're stuck in some step, then I can guide you more.

Thanks Żniwek for Your help. Here's my work. I know, Arabic name is not ideal on middle but one letter (ḥā’) going low. I hope I made it right. PS. This is German template. Polish templates will be to green signs.

Actually, you haven't assigned shoulders to the road template. That's what's causing the problem in the first place and will cause different problems later on. Assign them in the road properties window.

Hello! I back with new trouble. Fortunatelly this problem is smaller than last. I made interchange (or intersection, I have big trouble with this names). I place terrain on bridge. I place bezier patch. But I want to place stamp on bezier patch. I cant place vegetation because I see only green plants - I need dry grass. I saw dry grass on Mandel video. I'm need the same thing

An intersection describes a situation where two or more roads cross at the same level. An interchange is a grade-separated intersection (one road passes over another) with ramps to connect them.

Ok, so it is interchange. Probably I can use stamp on bezier patch but I dont know how to enable stamp. I dont see options for this. Mandel made stamp in 9:08
