I 've just learned to use the map editor recently.
I know how to add roads , buildings and bridge
but I think the selection of the types of bridge are too limit.
so I want to how to use the map editor to load a self-made bridge pmd file
I find out the bridge file located in :\ model \bridge
but when I drop the bridge pmd file ,which is found from other map, to the folder , I can't find it from map editor
Do I need to repack the base.scs?

no you need to know some basic modding skills about adding new files.
This is outside the map editor. You need to make def entries etc.
Plenty of tutorials about that on google.

I think there is some mentioning here:
Not sure... it's basic modding there must be tons of tutorials about that I guess.
