Novi Sad is my city, so excited to see how it's done. Which road connects it with Hungary/Croatia?

And since we're talking about Romania and , why not build a seaport in Constanza , so just like in reality , maybe someday it will be useful for navigation on the Black Sea to Ukraine or Russia

Maybe someone will know better than I, but I dont' think there are ferries from Costanza? I thought from Varna, Bulgaria there are ferries to Crimea and Georgia but nothing from Romania?

However the ferries could be added anytime in any version. What I wonder is; what are the plans for Bulgaria? It was said that Veliko Tarna and Road 5 from Ruse are being constructed right now but what are the further plans?

My current plans are finish Veliko Tarnovo (which will take a lot of time because of school ), E83 and Pleven, go to Sofia for connection to E75 in Serbia, then build Montana, Vidin and connection to Craiova
