Mods Not Showing up In Game After Following Tutorial

Just followed the Promods Canada download for ATS, and when I start the game to activate the mods none are showing up as being installed. I followed the tutorial step by step.

show us a screenshot of your mod folder with file names file sizes and the path of the folder visible.
