I tried to make a map for ETS2, but I'm facing a problem:
Whenever I try to load the editor, it starts loading, but after "Preaching prefab dialog", it closes on its own. It happens only when I use the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\eurotrucks2.exe -edit europe -force_mods command, which I learned through the RoExtended forum. When I use the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\eurotrucks2.exe -edit europe command (without force_mods), it loads correctly, but crashes after a while.
Map editor crashes
You do have a "base_map" folder where you have ETS2 installed?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\base_map

What happens if you rename your current mod folder to mod 2 and create an empty mod folder?
To see if any mod makes it to crash?
I have not used " -force_mods " command.
And when I check the editor, I do it with zero map mods.
You could do that as a test anyway?
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\eurotrucks2.exe" -edit europe
That is same as yours. As far as I can see.
