Cant Download Canada

Hello, I have never used promods before so I am a bit un-familiar with how it works. Every time I click download on the Canada add on it says error contact promods support. I can't get past the first step where I select the language. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I get the same message and have tried on google chrome and microsoft edge.

When that happens somehow the variable isn't passed to the script, so you may have some kind of browser protection, anti-virus/firewall or other security measure that interferes with our processes

Also please try the following;
clear all promods cookies
clear browser cache (for ProMods specifically if possible)
press ctrl-F5 on the last working page before you get the error

I have tried everything you have mentioned with no luck. Turned off virus and windows firewall and no luck.

I have made some server side changes, please try again for all those who didn't succeed earlier
