I checked but I couldn't find anything about HR-SLO Border.

Yes, I had already reported this issue in our internal bug tracking system number #11524 and was declared as unfixable because this is an standard prefab. Although I reported the customs in HU / RO border.

So declared as "Not a bug".

you can't drive to much on the side, it should work better, when you drive more in the middle of the road.

Hello, Abdurrezzak3500.

This coordinate appears in another place under the mountain and it has been Slovenia rebuild in much newer versions than this.
So this is not a bug.
