Maybe you just keep in game those cities, which are close to Romanian borders (like Arad and Oradea). SCS haven't put there anything, so I think there is still space for them, and I think there is no sense to put away those cities, making them had to cost you a lot of work.

Atleast in Black Sea DLC, that area is south of Keşan, Edirne.
If no rebuilds needed and it is just to do the connection between E85/E90 intersection and Keşan, Edirne, then that is great!

thank you for this head-up ! I did not understand what means ProMods 2.43 "working with DLC Black Sea but not compatible", now it's clear. Good idea to release this version to have it before the merging update is coming, no matter how long will take!
edit: forgot one wish: please don't add any frozen bears or deer in Romania similar to the Finland's reindeers, those are the reason for no longer driving in Northern Europe for a while
