1.97 crash after load the save

Hi guys, I downloaded and installed Promods 1.97 but when I restarted the game and pick up the last save, the game load but when it finish, it crash.

I tried to deactivate the mod and it works, but when a reactivate it, the game crash.

It crashes on this
/model/flare/lamp_flare_blue.pmd

This is usually a blue light or siren, maybe you had some lighting mods on your truck?

Yes, I had a lighting paint in my truck but I deactivate the promods 1.97, change the painting for a normal one, reactivate the 1.97 and the problem remains.
