I really didn't come up with that until just now...
Hey people, I want to ask one thing - how to add the background that is in the editor? Because my own map don't work

Press A, if that is what you mean. If you want a custom one, you should be able to edit the background map from somewhere in the game files.

I want to edit the background map from ProMods and learn how to make realistic places, but I need a ProMods signs and models Just tell me about changeable background, because I tried look at internet - no help at all.

Hm, I don't have red textures, neither on 1.18 nor 1.19... usually you open dds files with dxtbmp and export them to an image editor

Save it in the image editor and import it to dxtbmp again ("refresh after edit" or "load"), then save it as dds.
