Found an invisible wall outside of Kittilä - cursor is pointing to it in the image - just wanted to confirm whether or not this is a bug or a balls up on my end.

Can confirm the invisible wall at the intersection. Colliders are highlighted in green in the screenshot below.

The item in question is 0x8542632e6a00000 (sector +9/-25) - its boundaries are not deactivated.

When approaching from Kittilä, just drive through the grass if you want to go to the company in question. When approaching from the other direction, evade to the left to pass safely.

This bug is listed in Bugs list for ProMods Europe 2.60 and it was already reported before:
