Well, I think that most of Belgium is quite ok for the moment, it just needs some reskinning and so on. What could be worth taking a look is the border region between Belgium and Luxembourg. It is still very outdated,
especially the small overland road between Liège and Luxembourg. The Promods team only made there a connection to the motorway, but not more major changes, so i think this could be something for you.

There are plans to rebuild the region that would reach into Luxembourg itself, but there are no specific plans and internal target dates at this time.

It would be cool to work in some regions on belgium like Arlon and the 50km from Arlon to Florenville to go in france Carignan et sedan

Maybe the E402 from Brugge to Doornik is something for you, however, I think it would be a tight fit.

I'd suggest a rework of Antwerp if you want to do something. It's pretty outdated nowadays, compared to the newer work.
