If you go from Valga/Valka, you will need go E264 until you reach Riga. When, we need to choose that road we need to plan to do. 1 road is going in E77 through Lithuania until you reach Russia and use A216 to get into E28 and then you're reached Gdansk. Road 2 - Going from Riga to Lithuania through E67,then to reach Kaunas we needed the E85 and again,get to E67 until you reach Augustow.
Distance:
Valga - Bialystok:
Road 1 - about 717km
Road 2 - about 661km
Valga - Olsztyn
Road 1 - about 680km
Road 2 - about 736km
Valga - Bialystok through E67 is better.
