Please do not post problems/bugs in the release thread; post split out.

This looks like a mod conflict, please post your game.log (instructions in a sticky at the top of this forum).

Most definitely a mod conflict. There are more things in the area that have been changed in our version (like the streetlights). Are you using TrickyMap?
