I think Donetsk and Lugansk wont be included.

We will see if they will be added in the future it's still far away from the actual point of development in Ukraine

Conflict in Ukraine is only in Donetsk and Luhansk oblast. I think only this regions won't be add.

I wouldn't say that too loud maybe they will build it nevertheless ^^

There will be no Crimean Peninsula, Luhansk or Donetsk, until both of the involved parties will receive a common ground and peace with each other. This also applies to other disputed areas, that might cause us to receive negative backlash from both parties, if situation is not represented on how they think it is.

And it's also really, really, really far away.

Those cities in conflict aren't from eastern ukraine? On western ukraine there isn't any conflict at all so Donetsk and so on will already be discussed in a future eastern ukraine project.

I think you are sliding off topic. I think it's been made abundantly clear that ProMods won't ever include actively disputed areas and that this project doesn't cover such areas anyway.

But think about it, not ALL Eastern Ukraine is under conflict. For example, Odessa and other areas besides those mentioned above are perfectly safe, and they're situated in the east.
