Heart of Russia doesn't matter in this case, since that's an SCS expansion. I was talking about a ProMods principle regarding disputed areas and what happens when this ever comes to pertain to areas already built. But whatever, it's okay, let's get back on topic, development of Western Ukraine.

What an incredible year it has been! Among all that has happened in 2022, you can't leave out the events happening in Ukraine. The situation there is just heartbreaking. So, we thought we can't conclude this year without showing some progress in ProMods Ukraine. Enjoy and see you in 2023!
