We do have some plans for the Ruhr area but there are other priorities at the moment. And tbh, I'm not satisfied with the Ruhr area as well, so that I really want to see it being rebuilt too

And, unlike us, you can do something. Ofcourse, when it will have higher priority.
Am I wrong or, excluding cities, there are only 2 areas which arent rebuilt, Dresden and Stutgart?

Well there are still a lot of cities missing esp. from Baden-Wurttemburg, and Bayern.

Not only Dresden and Stuttgart, there are more little bits that are still vanilla. The BAB3 from Nürnberg to the Austrian border or the BAB45 between the Ruhr area and Frankfurt for example. We hope to get it all rebuilt for the next version

They may come or not come in the next version. But I think most users would like to see all vanilla areas gone

Sure, but don't expect us to include them all. Some won't make sense or we can't find a proper texture on the internet
