Has the development of BAB14 reconnection to Leipzig-Dresden stopped? I saw a picture of the development progress last year or half a year ago in this topic, and so far it's no news.

Found this, I think the Signs are wrong.

no news about the A14 do not mean that it is stopped - it is completed and will be released with ProMods 2.50

I am not a Mapper, but I think as a very little version there would be something possible. The Weser Ems Gebiet is very empty.. The Emden Addon does not Funktion anymore...

I really have to admit that to the left of Bremerhaven and over the BAB28 / 31 (in my opinion) it looks pretty empty. I think you can do something in this area (if there is space).
