[1.83] Invisible Wall In Stockholm Tunnel

Hello I encountered an invisible wall in the tunnel in Stockholm
Located - Between DHL and the closest roundabout north of DHL company

It affects both lanes and both sides of the carriageway.
I have driven up both sides of the tunnel (right way and wrong way) and it is permanently blocked.

( see attached pictures for location )
( please ignore the big load I am carrying as I have tried this without a trailer as-well )
