[Fixed] Esbjerg, tree growing through concrete on roundabout

Hello!
I encountered the following on a roundabout in Esbjerg.

Might be intentional, might not be. Last time I checked, trees don't grow through concrete. Nor does the road administration allow trees to grow through a street for 50 years.
