Problem with broken maps with promods

Hello guys,
I have a problem where the maps are glitched
When if I change slightly the change order, it shows that the maps are intact and there’s specific places where it shows normal then when I reach to it, it crashes or won’t render a part of a road like for example road after abbeit shows normal and when I arrive there’s a small part broken (link) https://youtu.be/POjSLJ49glA?si=HL3nWjeWk_hn69rW
Also the road between karabutak to lisakovsk has a small place with like industrial place and it’s split and broken and when I try for example to pin point, it crashes my game and it’s similar to abbeit problem please I need help because it’s annoying. Thank you

That's a broken map sector so either it is mod incompatibility or a broken mod.
I don't think that this area is included in ProMods
