Sorry but i didn't see any known Bug in viewtopic.php?f=29&t=30021 for 2.68 ME

That was the first area to look if this is already a known bug.

These bugs have been confirmed and will be fixed for the next update:
Missing textures on some police car sirens

as i only regognized it in iraq and not in the other countries i was looking for a more specific description.
