[#39977] [Classic for 1.49] Toll booths without pay marker at Reaims. Impossible to pass.

The toll botths at A4 west of Reaims (F) are impossible to pass without resorting to teleporting.

There are barriers but no green "pay markers". The image is faced westwards (towards Paris) but it is the same in the other direction.
