Is there a way where i can force that road to be explored ingame or just via the game files?

On this road in Iceland, under Akureyri, there is a small piece of road that when you drive over it is not marking as explored. Thats why im now on 99.973% of Iceland explored.
Is there a way where i can force that road to be explored ingame or just via the game files?
