[Fixed] [#40145] [2.68] Wrong Signage for the Exit A3/A60

This sign bridge is wrongly labeled. It should be A60 instead of A67, since the A67 doesn't exist anymore ingame.
I'm pretty sure this was not intended, since the next sign bridge on the Autobahn is labeled correctly. Someone probably forgot to change it, when SCS Frankfurt was merged into Promods.
