seems that promod classic is incompatible with special transport DLC.

i could not find the special transport job although i had rest and check jobs twice times.

since i had no patience to it anymore , i finish a job which route length is only 10km below. after that i tried to find the special transport job, failed.

finally, once i deactivated promod classic and entered the game, i receive the game email saying i can receive special transport job, as expected, i found it in quick job.

beside,i found the world map missing the camera-like icon

That is correct. These areas were built before Special Transport existed. Also Photo Trophies did not exist yet.
