Unknown texture in the Kristiansand Norway

Hello
I would like to report a uknown texture in Kristiansand Norway. I was driving for the cargo and at the way was lighting something pink. I thinked that is something wrong under map, but when i get closer it was at the road. It didn't doing something bad like you get under map or something elise, but I rather reported it. This looks to my like a mod conflict issue, not a ProMods one. There is no snow in Kristiansand in ProMods. This is a snow mod issue, not ours.
