Can't Activate Mods in ETS 2

Hello, I have a problem on ETS 2. I downloaded pro mods but cant activate it. I am selecting files and trying to activate in mod manager but after I apply changes and exit nothing changes. Its not just for promods I can't activate or deactivate any mod in ETS 2. Can you help me?

Hello there,

After you active the mods, you need to click on the button below which is "confirm change" instead of just click on ESC and exit the mod manager.

Unfortunately nothing happened. After I click confirm change and then exit the mod manager still there is no mods activated. Also I can't deactivate mods which already activated same issue for them too.

Are the mods showing as green instead of red or grey after you active them in the mod manager?

I solved the problem for now, if you deactivate steam cloud inside of the game from edit profile page you can activate or deactivate mods.
