Map zoom crashes

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate gameplay issue board, if not please do say so.


I've noticed since downloading 2.68, everything seems to be fine other than zooming in on the map,

When I get to the last map zoom the game crashes, but any other zoom distance is fine, even on the driving satnav is ok,

I'm not sure if I'm missing something but I have played ETS 2 with ProMods for years and I just did it the way I always have which I've never had a problem.



Any help would be appreciated,

Hello there,

First, you need to put ProMods Middle-East Add-on above ProMods Europe.

Second, your game is running out of buffer.
Try doing this:
Use notepad to open config.cfg at Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2
Find r_buffer_page_size 10
Change 10 to 30
Save the file and restart the game.

Same with ProMods DLC package that needs to be loaded on top of ProMods files.

Also missing ProMods Zoom Crash Fix from Steam Workshop that needs to be on top of all files and ProMods High Quality Background Map from Steam Workshop that has to be loaded under first mentioned in Mod Manager.
