Country Names Corrections

Adds official alternate names to the 'local name' of countries on the ETS2 map where those are missing.
Some special diacritics are removed due to lack of game display support.
Covered mods:
-Base game
-Promods Europe
-Promods Middle-east
-Maghreb Map
-Road to Africa (Terramaps)
-Road to Asia (Terramaps)
It is safe to use if you do not have any or all these mods, country names will only take effect if they exist.
Currently included:
Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Province of Kosovo, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, West Bank territory, Algeria, Libya, Tunesia, RTA Iraq, Saudistan, RTA Egypt, Kuwait, Yemen, Iran, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Thailand
Any position errors or fuel price oddities are the responsibilities of the original maps!
Load order: ABOVE any map mods that contain the countries included. Not compatible with fuel or time zone changers (but my winter time zones mod has these included).
