you know as promods just updated today for 1.48.5 if i decide to pay again to download the mods will promods get updated again on the 19th for the new dlc?

Hi, no update will be necessary on the 19th. The BLKW DLC can be present or absent, ProMods will work either way. The DLC areas will not show.
If you want to buy and use the DLC then ProMods must be disabled until we have released an integrated version
