[Fixed] [#39684] bug / crash on Balvi

I'm impossible to reproduce the crash. Surely a mod conflict or a buffer size crash.

Please send your whole game.log file, and make sure you only have ProMods enabled in your profile. I can't reproduce the crash either.

I'm having crashes in Latvia with the latest version of Promods.
Here's the log:

Had the same issue in Balvi. Disabled Real Advertisements and managed to pass through without any problems.

Finally I confirm that the game crashes when you try to enter the city. I don't know why the first times tested it didn't do this, unlike a similar bug caused by the same error discovered in the beta phase when it crashed systematically in all the sectors of another city.

I cant drive in Balvi, Latvia without the game crashing, everywhere else is fine?
