I see you mentioned about ProMods Europe and Middle East addon 2.67, but actually I see you are using ProMods Europe 2.66, Middle East addon 2.66 and some more mods on still same 1.48.2.0 version.
Download ProMods Europe and Middle East addon 2.67 on 1.48.5 fixes this bug.
