None collision rocks sticking out onto the road at Longyearbyen one of Norway's Island located when exiting the ferry from Kirkenes to Longyearbyen.

No, I mean when you use SHIFT + F11 and click on REPORT SCR, it should pop up in bugs.txt in Documents -> Euro Truck Simulator 2.

This is example on what correct coordinate use with sector part are:
2.65 Wrong visbility for GE/TR border country flags on all zoom levels outside Batumi ;[01/07/2023 17:13:19] (sec+0031+0007);127770;9.07809;31796.5;1.83661;-0.0852822
