Promods Canada & C2C

DISREGARD! I found the problem. Outdated Great Midwest map mod.
I installed Promods Canada a couple of days ago and ran into an issue that may or may not be related to the recent version. When I installed Promods Canada with Coast 2 Coast, I found that all the cities east of Chicago are missing. The roads are there, but no cities. I also have a profile with Great America activated and there are no problems. The mods installed are the same on both profiles minus Reforma. When I remove Promods Canada on the Coast 2 Coast profile everything appears to be back to normal.
