[Fixed] [#39192] Vis Area/Cutplane Settings Erroneous Near Corlu

Some settings with the vis area/cut plane are somewhat questionable on the motorway north of Corlu

Missing terrain pops in on the bridge. First location faulty, 2nd location correct:
