How to add custom sounds to custom map?

I've been creating two different (1:19 and 1:5) custom Turkiye maps for months. I'd like to add custom sounds for models (it can be standalone models either) like mosque voice for mosques, crowd voice for city centers, industrial sounds or beach sounds etc...

I've found "sound_item_data.sii" in def folder but I don't know how to place the puzzle pieces. I'd be happy to listen explanation in detail.
