New Dedicated Convoy Server not found

I have downloaded the mods including the convoy def mod from workshop, activated and then ran the export properties.
Uploaded those properties files to server and restarted.
The server says it is in a running state with 0 players but I cannot see it in the server browser.
The server runs fine and is viewable / joinable without trying to run it with promods.
What am i missing?
