[Fixed] [#38982] [TGS 1.0.1] Misspelled town name on sign near Lisakovsk

The Last Т in "ЖЕТИКАТА" is supposed to be a Р, as in "ЖЕТИКАРА".
Also, if Wikipedia is to be believed, the first Е in the name should be an И, as in "ЖИТИКАРА".
