[Fixed] [#38990] [2.65] Driving under the bridge with some high cargo like the yacht gets stuck due to the too low

Hey, another place that has a similar issue. Underneath the bridge in Arnhem [NL] - A12/E35, some high cargo like the Yacht gets stuck, there are no signals that warn for a low bridge if this is meant to be the case here.
