[Fixed] [#37476] [2.65] E6 Norway/Sweden Border Navigation Error

I have encountered an issue whereby the navigation will not route through the E6 that runs between Oslo & Goteborg.

There appears to be a particular point where it is disconnected.
The co-ordinates at this point are as follows:
(sec+0001-0013);5210.56;16.6156;-48861.5;-1.70748;-0.139778

Below is a screenshot showing the sector which it refuses to route through.
Discovery of the sector is unaffected.

Hello, Xeins.

This bug has been known and already reported in internal bugtracking system with the case #37476.
It was marked as fixed, but reopened again this time now because previously it was disappearing AI, now it's spawning AI traffic in this area after checking this area.
