[Fixed] [#38825] [2.65] Rotterdam (NL) - Mirrored arrows on the road

On a road in the port area of Rotterdam some arrows on the asphalt are painted mirrored compared to what they should be. The side road is on the left, but instead of an arrow in the left lane pointing to the left, there is an arrow in the right lane pointing to the right, on which side there's no side road.
